Hi, I’m Sarah
I’m a teacher, creative writer, hopeful baker, and artist.
I love helping people see the beauty in everyday life and the courage in following their own path. Creativity isn’t just about making things—it’s about living in a way that feels true, joyful, and uniquely yours.
In the classroom, I spark curiosity and also foster self esteem and a feeling that each child is 'already enough'. In the kitchen, I stir up comfort (and maybe a little magic). On the page and canvas, I explore ideas, dreams, and stories that remind us of who we are and who we can become.
I encourage you to imagine boldly and live a life that feels like your own lovely masterpiece.

The Artist:
I still really enjoy having a print of The Pink Bull in my hallway.
The Original went to a lovely man for his wife's birthday gift.
Made in 2018.
At this time in Australia, quite a few artists were painting cows’ heads so I had a go.
I could not stick to the more traditional style I saw of just a large cow's head.
I enjoyed making it abstract, which was more entertaining and freeing to paint.
From as long as I remember, let's say from 4 years old, I’ve always enjoyed playing with imaginative and abstract designs.
You, or children you know may be similar.
The original acrylic was 30 X 40 inches.

BLOG
Recently- around 'November 2020 ish,' I found an old book from my father's school days in a family bookcase. He is no longer with us as he died when I was 18. Therefore, as you may be able to relate to yourself; everything he touched is so special. In this case, I had never looked properly at his school French book.
Inside, was a little random creature he sketched that he called 'Le Microbeax- Microbe.'I instantly loved it & it helped explain more why I also love drawing fun creatures, since forever, well ...: ) from age 4 etc!
In general, creativity comes from our loved ones, and it also comes from mentors, friends, teachers, galleries, nature, online sources and more. Yet, these places are just one part of where we get our creativity from.
Sometimes, I believe too as Elizabeth Gilbert says, that it comes from 'angels,' or whatever higher power and spirit you connect to.
